Dr Roman believes laparoscopic hysterectomy is the most beneficial way of removing the uterus. At Hamilton Women’s Laparoscopic Centre we have accumulated enough surgical experience to be able to offer you a hysterectomy performed through 4 small incisions (5-10 mm) in your abdomen.

We have performed more than 1000 laparoscopic hysterectomies so far and at a very low complication rate by international standards. Dr Roman has developed his own technique of dessication of the uterine arteries that reduces the blood loss and facilitates the removal of a uterus regardless of its size.
